About the Role

As a Logistics Recruiter at TN Norway, you will play a crucial role in supporting potential new riders through our application process. This involves conducting high-volume outbound calls to ensure smooth communication, guiding applicants through the application steps, and achieving set engagement targets.

You will work closely with the Hiring & Quality Team Lead and a dedicated team focused on optimizing the applicant and rider experience. Your ability to provide exceptional service, build positive relationships, and collaborate with the recruitment and logistics teams will be essential in enhancing the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to applicants and new riders, maintaining effective communication.
  2. Guide potential riders through the application steps, helping them overcome challenges and progress forward.
  3. Collaborate with the recruitment and logistics teams to enhance the onboarding experience.
  4. Support newly engaged riders in getting started efficiently, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  5. Document interactions accurately in our systems, utilizing tools like Sheets for data tracking.
  6. Foster strong relationships with applicants and riders, delivering exceptional service and support.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, or an administrative role with frequent outbound/inbound calls.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with G-Suite (Sheets and Slides), experience with support systems (ticketing system or similar).
  • Language: Fluency in Norwegian and English, both verbal and written. Additional languages count as a plus.
