Job Title: Payroll Director

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Payroll Director to join their team in Oslo.

The ideal candidate will oversee and direct payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, including calculations, disbursements, and reporting.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure successful implementation of tax updates and year-end testing.
  • Broad understanding and ability to research and interpret payroll laws.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable payroll tax and labor law requirements.
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of Norwegian payroll processing experience.
  • Experience working with international teams.
  • Good experience in coordinating Payroll inputs and validation.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Workday, and MS Office.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.
