The International Society for Bayesian Analysis seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to contribute to our research projects in biostatistics. As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will work closely with our team to develop new statistical methods for personalized cancer therapy.

The successful candidate will possess a PhD degree in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science or related disciplines, with documented competence in statistics, biostatistics or mathematics. You will have not been resident in Norway for more than 12 months in the last 3 years.

We offer a three-year appointment as a Fellow of the Scientia Fellows programme. The gross salary will amount to 515 200 NOK/year. We will cover full health insurance and pay towards your pension with the Norwegian pension fund. As an employee in Norway, you have several welfare benefits.

Research positions are available in scalable inference for genomic data integration, statistical learning for personalised cancer therapy, biostatistics and/or computational biology in precision medicine and systems pharmacology, and biostatistics and/or bioinformatics in precision medicine for head and neck cancer.
