Job Description

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and account development. This role involves scheduling remote meetings, identifying customer requirements, and mapping solutions to meet those needs.

  1. Schedule remote meetings with potential and existing customers.
  2. Prepare thoroughly for each sales call, focusing on pre-meeting preparation, overcoming objections, and post-meeting follow-up.
  3. Identify customer requirements and match them to appropriate Iron Mountain solutions through consultative selling.
  4. Sell solutions through prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives to drive Iron Mountain footprint expansion and revenue growth.
