Ansvarsområder- Utvikle en grundig forståelse av våre produkter og teknologier, samt markedstrender og nøkkelaktører i det norske markedet.
- Definere en kommersiell strategi i samarbeid med salgsdirektøren og utarbeide en femårs forretningsplan.
- Finne og prioritere nye forretningsmuligheter og kundeprosjekter ved å bygge nettverk og samle nyttig markedsinformasjon.
- Definere kundemål, utvikle strategier og implementere disse gjennom handlingsplaner.
- Lage årlige budsjetter og overvåke salg og lønnsomhet i forhold til målene.
- 5-7 års erfaring fra prosessert kjøttindustri og god kunnskap om ingredienser og smaker, både naturlige og kunstige, med internasjonal forståelse.
- Utdanning på bachelor- eller mastergradsnivå innen matvareteknologi, kjemi, markedsføring eller tilsvarende. Relevant erfaring kan erstatte utdanning.
- Erfaring med å lede prosjekter og håndtere flere oppgaver samtidig.
- Gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk, inkludert teknisk engelsk.
- Sterk forretningssans, inkludert evne til prissetting og økonomistyring.
- Evne til å lede og ta beslutninger selvstendig.
