Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and ensure our operations consistently meet the highest standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide operational guidance for HSEQ & ESG requirements in all project phases within the Renewables department.
  • Supervise and support HSEQ on a daily basis for all operational worksites and projects.
  • Ensure procedures, standards, and best practices are maintained.
  • Liaise with clients, third parties, and suppliers, attending project meetings, audits, and inspections.
  • Oversee risk assessments in relevant tendering, operational, and project phases.
  • Offer advice on hazardous working practices and necessary control measures.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with legislation and the Business Management System.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, including third-party accreditation processes.
  • Manage incident and near miss reporting, guiding and supporting as required.
  • Develop and deliver HSEQ training, presentations, and familiarization courses as needed.

Qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent recognized HSEQ & ESG qualification is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a discipline-related role is required.
  • Recognized Lead Auditor Qualifications are preferred.
  • Industry experience is highly valued.
  • Self-leadership skills are necessary.
  • Confidence in communication is essential.
  • A high standard of delivery is expected.
  • Detail-oriented individuals thrive in this role.
  • Well-organized and systematic workers excel in this environment.
