Job Description

The Research Lead will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of Coop Member Panel projects, leading every aspect from survey targeting and questionnaire development to data analysis and delivery of the final reports.

This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your research, analytical and consulting skills working with a unique data set, whilst also developing new insight skills supporting on a range of projects within our Customer Insight and Strategy capability.

As a Research Lead, you will work closely with the Senior Capability Customer Strategy and Insight Consultant to support all aspects of panel management, health and development and also be involved in other projects using dunnhumby's broader foundational insight solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in business-related areas
  • Have a recognised qualification in Market Research
  • Have experience working with Market Research preferably within the Retail industry
  • Have strong analytical skills being able to work hands-on with data and turn this into insight and recommendations
  • Structured, result-oriented and aware of responsibility
  • Curious and not afraid to challenge established truths
  • A collaborative team player with ability to proactively lead and drive projects and initiatives
  • Fluent in both Norwegian and English with good written skills
