Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Preservation and Communication Systems Lead to join our team at Techconsult AS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the successful execution of all Preservation activities within project schedules and budgets, prioritizing safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare necessary utilities and temporary systems for commissioning tests, guaranteeing seamless integration.
  • Lead and manage personnel within the discipline, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain and update the Project Execution Plan, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee Preservation deliverables, including material reception and protection, to ensure high-quality results.
  • Verify the ROS MC scope in clients' PIMS systems, ensuring accurate information.
  • Plan, monitor, and progress work according to plan and budget, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate effective communication and information exchange for interface-related matters.
  • Monitor and report discipline progress and budget, providing timely updates.
  • Ensure team compliance with HSE requirements, prioritizing a safe working environment.
  • Contribute to developing technical skills within the discipline, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Initiate multidiscipline meetings to address information needs and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Prepare discipline input for status reports, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Report to the Project Completion Manager, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Establish technical interfaces with other discipline leads, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide a positive and productive working environment, promoting employee well-being.
Requirements
  • Technical education and background in a relevant field.
  • Experience in lead positions on multidiscipline projects, demonstrating leadership skills.
  • Experience in equivalent work from projects or base, showcasing adaptability and expertise.
  • Ambitious and systematic approach to multidiscipline work management, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Personal skills and experience may compensate for lack of formal education, highlighting the importance of transferable skills.
