Rider Support and Compliance Lead

The Rider Support and Compliance Lead will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our rider fleet, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving performance improvements. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in HR and employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Rider Care agents to provide exceptional support to our rider fleet.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to sickness statistics and company support of absentee couriers.
  3. Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payment for our employed couriers.
  4. Provide expert advice on employment law and work environment issues.
  5. Support and own rider negotiations topics related to collective bargaining agreements and others.
  6. Monitor and report on performance metrics related to rider satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  1. University degree in HR or similar field.
  2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service centers, HR operations, or similar roles.
  3. Previous experience with personnel responsibility and HR-support.
  4. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
