HR Operations Manager

At foodora, we're looking for a skilled HR Operations Manager to support and drive performance for our employed courier fleet. If you have experience working with operational HR as an administrative stakeholder for people operations, building and developing efficient routines, this role might be the perfect fit.

Your Mission:

  1. Be the key stakeholder for employed rider operations enabling our support operations to excel through well-structured processes, and enabling employed couriers to perform at their best.
  2. Build, develop, and maintain compliance of operational HR processes and lead different types of HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  3. Support payroll process for our rider organization, particularly related to employed couriers.
  4. Support other personnel within the logistics department - You will follow up personnel matters related to riders, work with employment law, and work environment.
  5. Support, and then own, rider negotiations topics related to collective bargaining agreements and others.
  6. Facilitate and support on EHS and other employed representative organs within the courier base, through mandatory meetings and action plans.
  7. Report on regulatory requirements related to sickness statistics and required company support of absentee couriers.
  8. Support and provide guidance to a team of 3 Rider Care agents supporting our rider fleet, supporting the Rider Care desk when needed.
