We're seeking a Wholesale Distribution Manager to lead sales growth and strengthen relationships with key accounts. As a key member of our team, you'll develop strategic plans, identify new business opportunities, and drive profitability through effective communication.
You'll work closely with our sales team, fostering strong relationships with key accounts and driving growth across all categories. Your ability to analyze data, prioritize tasks, and think commercially will be essential to your success.
Your Responsibilities:- Sales & Service: Drive sustainable growth and build lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Product Knowledge: Foster strong teamwork and maintain in-depth knowledge of product categories.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
What We're Looking For:
Mandatory qualifications include:
- Minimum 3 years academic degree (bachelor or similar).
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in key account management.
- Very good English and Norwegian language skills, both verbally and written.
- Strong knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite) and business applications tools (ERP, PLM).
- Experience and knowledge about digital sales management such as B2B site and order management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with expertise in client relations and effective negotiation.
- Experienced in collecting, tracking, and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- You are proficient in working both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for nature and an active outdoor lifestyle is highly desirable.
