We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Delivery Specialist to join our high-performing team at Kongsberg Maritime. In this role, you will contribute to the successful implementation and delivery of key solutions that are critical to our business. As leaders in precision positioning, motion sensing, satellite navigation, and situational awareness sensors, we are committed to driving innovation and achieving our business objectives.

About the Role

  • Assist in the development, installation, and maintenance of technical systems, ensuring high standards of quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions, meeting project timelines and customer requirements.
  • Conduct on-site installations, configurations, and testing of systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong background or interest in ship electronics, installation, networking, and infrastructure, with hands-on experience in electrical systems and technical installations.
  • Proficiency in Linux, including the ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems.
  • Versatile individual capable of flexibly switching between development and delivery tasks.
  • Practical experience or interest with system installation, configuration, and testing.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for work, both domestically and internationally, and experience working in various locations and adapting to different work environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues, both in hardware and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and providing top-notch customer service, with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
