About the Role

As Head of Finance and Strategy, you will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, supporting the CEO in setting company strategy, and ensuring compliance with regulations such as ISO 27001. Your role will involve leading dialogue with auditors and accountants, overseeing financial planning and budgeting, and supporting investor relations, fundraising, and M&A strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead dialogue with external parties, including auditors and accountants
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and key SaaS metrics
  • Support investor relations, fundraising, and M&A strategy
  • Ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations
Requirements
  • A strong track record of success in finance, management consulting, or investment banking
  • Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Xledger is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to uncover insights
  • Familiarity with M&A processes, fundraising, and financial modelling
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
