Chief Commercial Officer – B2B SaaS – PE Backed - Oslo

Keen on working for a successful Private Equity portfolio company and having skin in the game?

Are you a strategic, communicative yet hands-on commercial leader?

Can you front investors and key clients as a robust, smart, and ambitious wingperson to the CEO?

We are looking for a result-oriented and accomplished CCO to keep growing this highly profitable, zero-churn company with 70 employees and a 50 MEUR ARR. One of your key tasks will be to help roll over the ownership to a larger PE owner and help them deliver their 2-3x value growth target in the next 4-6 years. The long-term incentives should be life-changing if the targets are met.
