As the Head of Commercial (CCO), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the commercial strategy, and building a high-performing commercial division. This leadership role will focus on identifying and executing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between the sales, marketing, advisory/delivery, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the commercial team, ensuring the successful delivery of revenue targets and business growth goals.
  2. Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with the company's goals in the cybersecurity and OT space.
  3. Own the sales pipeline, ensuring continuous growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing client relationships.
  4. Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to align customer needs with our cybersecurity offerings.
  5. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across industry verticals, particularly in critical infrastructure sectors like oil & gas, energy, and industrial manufacturing.
  6. Provide insights and market feedback to help shape the company's overall product and service offerings.
  7. Oversee contract negotiations and ensure that the company is well-represented in the marketplace.
Key Qualifications
  1. Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in a senior commercial or sales leadership role, with a track record of success in B2B environments, preferably within the cybersecurity or OT sectors.
  2. Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, ideally within operational technology environments.
  3. Experience in building and leading successful sales teams, with a focus on coaching and team development.
  4. Familiarity with, and ideally experience in, building advisory/professional services teams.
  5. Ability to work closely with technical teams to align commercial strategies with technical capabilities and customer needs.
  6. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a strong network within relevant industries (oil & gas, energy, critical infrastructure).
  7. Strategic mindset with the ability to think both long-term and execute immediate sales strategies.
  8. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
