We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced medical professional to fill the role of Medical Manager Oncology. In this position, you will be responsible for driving our oncology business forward by developing and executing strategic plans, establishing strong relationships with oncologists, and providing expert advice on relevant matters.

Main Objectives:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to expand our presence in oncology.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and disseminate educational materials, presentations, and articles on oncology-related topics.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders in oncology and provide expert advice on relevant matters.
  • Represent the company at conferences and events, promoting our brand and expertise.
About You:
  • You hold a degree in medicine or a related field (MD or Pharm).
  • You have extensive experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a medical role (MSL/Medical Advisor or related).
  • You possess significant knowledge of the Norwegian public healthcare sector and regulatory processes.
  • You have excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • You can work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • You are fluent in Norwegian & English.
