About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for control testing and risk assessment, working closely with internal audit, compliance, and risk teams to share findings and align risk management efforts. You will provide training and guidance to business units on control testing methodologies and risk management best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with LCI's business units to understand key risk areas and their associated controls.
  • Analyse testing results to identify trends, systemic issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the risk assessment process by providing insights from testing outcomes.
  • Track the remediation of any defects identified by the RCSA process.

You will maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, methodologies, and outcomes, ensuring timely communication of significant issues to senior management and relevant stakeholders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and refinement of the operational risk control testing program.
