This Inside Sales Representative role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about IT and eager to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. As part of our thriving Mid-Market team, you will focus on solution selling across Lenovo's portfolio of products and services.
About the RoleIn this role, you will concentrate on driving value for our customers by delivering comprehensive IT solutions tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about IT, excel in building strong customer relationships, and thrive in consultative sales environments.
Working closely with C-level executives and decision-makers, you will play a critical role in driving Lenovo's growth strategy in the Mid-Market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts as the main point of contact for Lenovo's full portfolio, including Laptops, desktops, servers, storage, accessories, and services, alongside product specialists.
- Drive solution-based selling by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored IT solutions, encompassing Lenovo's hardware, software, and service offerings.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to uncover new opportunities and expand your account base.
- Foster regular communication with customers, both virtually and face-to-face, to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Configure, quote, and negotiate sales solutions to meet both customer expectations and Lenovo's revenue and margin goals.
- Collaborate effectively with Lenovo's Channel team and business partners to ensure seamless fulfillment of solutions and build new customer pipelines.
- Work cross-functionally with Lenovo's sales teams to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Provide detailed reporting on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
This inside sales role may require approximately two times monthly travel to visit customers.
