Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Welding Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, IN. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process establishment and improving manufacturing process focused on small bore tube welding.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of general math and the ability to read, write, and comprehend English and Hindi. They must be well-versed with Small Bore tube welding process and familiar with Subsea distribution products (UTA, Cobra head, Logic cap, HDM, SDU). The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will attend to troubleshoot activity in the Subsea Distribution (SSD) daily production activity and in projects. They will interact with global engineering teams for QN Management, Procedural update, Design Review (DR) Management, Technical discussion, New product development, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SUPPORT MANUFACTURING PROCESS ESTABLISHMENT
  2. IMPROVE MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOCUSED ON SMALL BORE TUBE WELDING
  3. COORDINATE WITH PROCUREMENT TEAM FOR PROVIDING TECHNICAL CLARIFICATIONS AND JUSTIFICATIONS
  4. REVIEW AND APPROVE PROCESS DOCUMENTATION, SOPs, WORK INSTRUCTIONS, ETC.

Requirements:

  • MUST POSSESS A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF GENERAL MATH & THE ABILITY TO READ, WRITE & COMPREHEND ENGLISH & HINDI
  • MUST BE WELL VERSED WITH SMALL BORE TUBE WELDING PROCESS AND FAMILIAR WITH SUBSEA DISTRIBUTION PRODUCTS (UTA, COBRA HEAD, LOGIC CAP, HDM, SDU)
  • MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH API AND ASTM CODES
