We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of Technical Account Specialist - Pre-Sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the unique business requirements of customers within multiple industries and translate/present those needs into a compelling vision and roadmap for our customers.
About the Role:The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to our customers while aiding the customer's transformational journey. You will be responsible for owning the solutions throughout the sales cycle and delivering thought leadership to companies to transform their customer's experience.
- Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, including solution concepts to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs, showing business value.
- Present compelling Salesforce & partner solutions while supporting relationships with customers and partners.
To succeed in this position, you must have a solid understanding of the fundamentals of BI, business analytics, and/or machine learning.
- Prior experience in accounting, finance, computer science, software engineering, MIS, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Previous experience and/or certifications in Salesforce core solutions, such as Sales, Service, B2B Commerce, Analytics, Net Zero Cloud, and Platform Cloud solutions is also highly desirable.
