Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and pain points, and develop tailored IT solutions to address them.
  • Develop and implement digitalization roadmaps to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead IT projects and initiatives to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new technologies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Higher education in a relevant field, such as IT, business, or engineering.
  • Proven experience in IT project management, digital transformation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and IT systems, with the ability to connect the dots between business needs and IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with proficiency in Norwegian a plus.
