About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist/Data Engineer to join our team as a Senior Data and Digitalization Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Explore new technologies and trial innovative solutions to drive business value.
  2. Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms.
  3. Lead and participate in Proof of Concepts (PoCs) with our clients, particularly in the energy sector, to validate and refine innovative solutions.
  4. Become a trusted advisor and work with the development of solutions that create real customer value.
  5. Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams to find the best solutions for our customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Technical Expertise: Broad knowledge of data engineering and data science tools and technologies (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Spark, and a cloud platform like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field, ideally within a consultancy or enterprise environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex datasets, build machine learning models, and translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences. Norwegian fluency is an advantage.
  • Education: MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar field.
