PhD Fellowships in Communication and Leadership

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as PhD fellows in Communication and Leadership at Kristiania University College. About the Positions

The PhD position is a three-year full-time position that involves 30 ECTS credits of required coursework. This is equivalent to one semester of study. The remaining time is allocated to the development and completion of an independent research project, which takes the form of a written dissertation.

Research Areas

The PhD program in Communication and Leadership is interdisciplinary, integrating Communication and Leadership to provide comprehensive perspectives. All PhD projects will have aspects of both Communication and Leadership but may focus more on one discipline or integrate both to varying degrees.

Qualifications and Personal Qualities

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Master's degree (120 ECTS or equivalent) in a relevant subject area with a grade B or better on the master's thesis and for the master's degree in total. Additionally, applicants must have proficiency in both written and spoken English, strong methodological skills, curiosity, and a strong motivation to carry out independent research.
