Job RequirementsWe are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and experience in planning, impact analysis, scope definition, change management, and product building.
- Development background with a strong understanding of Java and React.
- Fluency in Norwegian language is a must-have.
- Experience in managing and leading multi-location teams.
- Experience with Scrum tools like Azure Boards, Trello, or Jira.
- Knowledge of reporting like SCurve, Burndown, etc.
- Problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and good interpersonal skills.
We are looking for a candidate with a global/multi-cultural approach and mindset. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, team leadership, and relationship-building skills. A strong interest in technology and digitization, along with strong technical skills, is essential. The candidate should be ambitious, a self-starter, and have a strong intellectual curiosity (thought leadership).
