Job Opportunity

At ITL Norway, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant - Test Management and DevOps Expert to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our testing and DevOps strategies, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to design and implement effective testing strategies
  • Applying your technical expertise across various stages of testing, including system, integration, functional, and regression testing
  • Establishing project organizations to handle requirements for deliveries, including test and quality management
  • Identifying and engaging with key stakeholders at different levels within the organization
  • Participating in a learning culture that values teamwork, collaboration, and excellence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience in project management, with a strong understanding of Scrum and potentially taking on a Scrum Master role
  • Proactive participation in Sprint planning, Retro, and Sprint reviews
  • Knowledge of JIRA and JIRA Xray for project and test management
  • Basic knowledge of C#, SQL, Splunk, and Grafana
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written communication (Norwegian preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of process documentation and proactive participation in existing systems
  • Experience working in large organizations and driving change in a constructive way
  • Types of testing required: system, integration, functional, and regression

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Overall 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Beneficial to have CI/CD understanding on the end-user level (GitHub, ArgoCD)
  • Self-motivated individuals with strong analytical and articulation skills
