About the Role

The Educational Equality Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Skills Webinar Facilitator to join our team. As a facilitator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality digital skills training programs to disadvantaged communities in Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and conduct live webinars on various digital skills topics, including data analysis, programming, machine learning, data visualization, SQL, and Python.
  • Engage with participants, encouraging interaction and discussion to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Prepare engaging and informative presentations, materials, and resources for webinar attendees.
  • Provide follow-up support and resources to participants to ensure they can apply their new skills effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, or webinar facilitation, particularly in digital and tech skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Ability to create engaging and informative presentations, with a focus on practical application and real-world examples.
  • Proficient with webinar platforms and technology, with experience in delivering online training sessions.
  • Passion for education and empowering disadvantaged communities, with a commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
