About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Trade Deployment Executive to join our dynamic team at British American Tobacco. As a Trade Deployment Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the deployment and execution of trade activities, be part of building and implementing a winning strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy brand and trade campaigns according to cycle plan and track key performance indicators.
  • Plan and manage channel's budgets and resources to achieve KPIs, ensuring efficient budget allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Report on activation budget aligned with current planning and reporting structure.
  • Responsible for supervising and sharing insights of your respective channel with relevant partners.
  • Build and maintain relationship with cross-functional teams, agencies and others relevant partners.
  • Project manage new initiatives intended to build awareness of our products.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the NO sales cycle plan activities in line with strategy, and track results.
  • Contribute to identification and execution of new opportunities to enable growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing related functions.
  • Strong analytical, systems and numeracy skills with capability to master complexity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and good command of Norwegian.
