About the Role

  4. Manage licensing requirements through regular compliance audits and the acquisition of new licenses to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  5. Collaborate with our commercial and product teams to create and implement strategic plans that address the unique challenges and opportunities in the Nordic markets.
  6. Direct our public relations efforts, managing media inquiries and corporate communications to maintain a positive public image and align with corporate objectives.
Requirements:

About You:

  1. Bring at least 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, public policy, or regulatory roles, particularly focusing on the Norwegian market and ideally with exposure to other Nordic markets.
  2. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Norway's regulatory and licensing landscape, especially in mobility and transport services.
  3. Show a proven track record in developing and executing public policy strategies and managing corporate communications within a regulatory environment.
  4. Possess excellent communication skills, able to clearly and persuasively articulate complex regulatory issues to diverse audiences; fluency in English and proficiency in other local languages highly regarded.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with governmental and regulatory bodies, securing cooperation and advocacy for organizational objectives.
  6. Exhibit high organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively; hold at least a bachelor's degree in law, public policy, political science, or related fields, with advanced studies preferred.
  7. Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. If you don't tick every box, please consider applying.
