Job Purpose

As a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering team at TechnipFMC, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in driving quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new production processes to improve performance standards and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain production documentation, including assembly and test procedures, work instructions, and CNC programs.
  • Supervise and mentor less experienced engineering personnel to ensure quality and efficiency of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications for the design and supply of shop tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent.
  • More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM systems, and PLM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
