We are looking for a highly motivated Workshop Operations Coordinator to join our team in Stavanger, Norway. As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • To manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are available.
  • To conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards.
  • To develop and implement procedures to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of mechanical repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics and stores functions within the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
