About the Job

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales results and building relationships with customers in the Nordics region. Your goal will be to establish and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers, generate new cases, and increase sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with customers.
  • Deliver sales presentations and train clinic staff to promote ClearCorrect products.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with Inside Sales, Provider Service, Clinical Advisor, and marketing teams.
  • Analyze territory potential, identify opportunities, and craft personal sales strategies.
  • Meet sales targets and metrics set by management.
Requirements
  • Dental or medical background, orthodontic experience preferred.
  • Strong sales/account management skills and presentation abilities.
  • Solid language proficiency in English, Norwegian required.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and prioritize them based on potential and performance.
