Role Overview

SAP SE is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Professional to fill the role of Chief People Officer, Nordic. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the People & Culture Organization in the Nordic region, driving the company's people strategy, and delivering an exceptional people experience across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • This role involves representing the voice of HR in the country and acting as Head of People & Culture in the Market Unit and in the respective countries.
  • You will lead the People Agenda in the Nordic Market Unit through effective leadership and coordination of the distributed Nordic P&C Team in a matrix setup.
  • As a member of the Market Unit Core Leadership Team and local leadership teams in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and drive regional projects.
  • You will deliver an outstanding people experience by demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence, embracing the global people strategy, and fostering an inclusive environment.
  • Key responsibilities also include managing social partner relations, local, legal, regulatory policies, and compliance matters.
  • You will embody the importance of leadership and employee engagement for a hybrid workforce and provide a flexible work experience that is simple, intuitive, and connected.
  • Additionally, you will secure and develop SAP's culture and values and act as a cultural ambassador at all times.
  • You will work closely with employee networks to understand their needs and maintain a strong connection with employees.
  • Lastly, you will collaborate with global HR pillars and key stakeholders to drive regional projects and initiatives.
