What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales leader to join our team as Sales Manager - EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration for vessel performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments, with a focus on expanding market share.
- Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and strategic partnerships.
- Generate and qualify leads, and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- Proactively engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
- Sales Process Management
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support for clients.
- Market Intelligence and Reporting
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the maritime industry. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
