Sales Executive

*You know logistics. You love a good deal. And you secretly enjoy a well-built Excel sheet.
We're looking for a
Sales Executive*
to strengthen our Logistics and Warehouse offering in Vestby.
If you like connecting with people, building business opportunities, and turning logistics know-how into customer value - you'll feel right at home here.
You'll join a small, collaborative team that works across all transport modes - Road, Sea, Air, and Express. Together, you'll grow LEMAN's presence in the Norwegian market and create solutions that make logistics simpler, smarter, and more efficient.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop new business: identify opportunities, reach out to potential clients, and build strong relationships.
- Lead tenders and proposals: work closely with logistics operators to design competitive, customer-focused solutions.
- Grow existing accounts: stay close to your portfolio through CRM, keeping track of activity, results, and opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams: connect with colleagues in Road, Sea, Air, and Express to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Is this you?
You're motivated by connecting with customers and creating value through smart logistics solutions. You like structure, clarity, and moving - and you enjoy doing it in a team that has your back.
In Your Application, We Hope To See
- Experience in logistics or freight forwarding – you understand how the industry works and what customers need
- Comfort with numbers and structure – you're confident using Excel to manage rates, offers, and tenders
- Strong communication skills – you express yourself clearly and build trust easily
- Independent and reliable – you take ownership of your work and contribute to a supportive team culture
- Nice to have: experience with CRM or logistics systems (such as Astro, CargoWise, or similar) and a curious mindset to improve how things are done
Why this isn't for you
If you prefer a set routine or prefer working behind the scenes, this might not be your ideal fit. This role calls for curiosity, initiative, and an eagerness to engage directly with customers and colleagues.
Enough about us. We want to hear about
you
now If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to
Jan Conradi, Director of Sales in Norway
at LinkedIn or by email at . You can read more about our hiring process here .
We'll start interviews soon and aim to complete the process as soon as possible, with our new colleague ideally starting with us from January 2026 at the latest.
Get Excited About
- Attractive benefits: Enjoy a benefits package that includes solid pension terms, attractive insurance with access to private healthcare, and use of the company cabin in Gol. Detailed information will be provided during the interview process.
- Flexibility: We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we aim to offer flexible work arrangements where possible - helping you maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. You'll have the opportunity to structure your workday in a way that best suits you, your team, and your tasks, as much as possible.
- Sabbatical: Need a break from everyday life? We offer sabbatical opportunities where you can take extended time off to recharge, explore your passions, and return to work with renewed energy and inspiration.
- Investment in professional development: We are committed to helping our employees grow and reach their full potential.
- Social and company events: We believe work should be enjoyable, which is why we regularly organize social and company events to bring our employees together.
