Ønsker du å bli en del av et etablert team i Oslo som Corporate Action Analyst i avdeling for markedsadministrasjonen? Avdelingen består av fem ansatte og har blant annet ansvar for den daglige håndteringen av selskapshendelser (corporate actions), vedlikehold av handelssystemet Optiq og meldingssystemet Euronext Oslo Børs NewsPoint.

Hos Oslo Børs vil du få varierte og spennende arbeidsoppgaver muligheten til å jobbe selvstendig og på tvers av avdelingene både på Oslo Børs og i Euronext-gruppen.

Vi søker en Coprate Action Analyst til ettårig vikariat, med oppstart så raskt som mulig og varighet ut desember 2026.

Dine hovedoppgaver

  • Oppfølging og håndtering av selskapshendelser (Corporate Actions)

  • Oppdatere databaser

  • Håndtere børsens system for offentliggjøring av meldinger

  • Kundeservice og dialog med utstedere og andre aktører

  • Samarbeid på tvers av avdelinger i Euronext-gruppen

  • Inngå i avdelingens skiftordning med arbeidstid i tidsrommet kl

Hvem ser vi etter

Vi ser etter deg som har utdannelse på bachelornivå eller høyere. Annen relevant erfaring kan veie opp for mangel på dette. Du kommuniserer godt på norsk og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig.
