Team Leader – Industrial Production (Downstream Operations)

Location: Norway (on-site)

Full-time | Shift-based

Are you ready to lead a team in a dynamic industrial environment undergoing exciting transformation? We're seeking a
Team Leader
to oversee downstream operations in a growing production facility focused on modernization, automation, and capacity expansion. You'll manage a team of 11 operators and collaborate closely with other team leaders to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan staffing and ensure team competency
  • Lead the team to meet goals in productivity, quality, safety (HSE), and delivery
  • Foster a positive team culture and act as a strong role model
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and product quality standards
  • Report deviations and follow up on improvement initiatives
  • Oversee internal transport and downstream processes
  • Operate the on-call phone in accordance with explosive regulations
  • Participate in factory meetings and ensure effective shift handovers
  • Be a visible and hands-on leader in the production area


Required Qualifications

  • Vocational certificate in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven leadership experience with ability to develop people and build strong teams
  • Experience in industrial production environments
  • Practical experience with emergency preparedness or industrial safety is a plus
