Do you want to play a key role in building Europe's next SaaS champion? Milient is now looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to drive our international expansion and take our sales organization to the next level.

The Role

As CSO, you will take full ownership of Milient's global sales strategy and execution. You will lead and scale our international sales teams, build a world-class go-to-market engine, and play a central role in the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing Milient's international sales strategy
  • Leading, coaching, and expanding sales teams across multiple markets
  • Building scalable sales processes and ensuring strong pipeline management
  • Driving growth through both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
  • Supporting M&A integration and new market entries
Who You Are

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • A strong track record of driving international growth and expansion
  • The ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Fluency in English (Nordic languages are a plus)
