We are looking for a full time Service Specialist – Data Services for the shared services team. 

In this role you will be:

  • Responsible for in-house coordination of customer onboarding processes together with our sales, product and finance teams. In addition, you will be dealing with customer change requests, and other inquiries affecting the customer.

  • Document control, archive responsibility and administrative support of all business processes.

  • Present and advise on products and services to existing and prospective customers.

  • Provide support in the billing process, including assisting the finance team in following up on unpaid invoices.

  • Drive or contribute to ad hoc priorities and projects within the Operations, sales and product team.

  • Delivering of excellent customer service during day-to-day operations.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for data operations processes and procedures.

Role Requirements

  • Strong ability to work independently and adapt quickly, with capacity to learn new processes and systems.

  • Excellent Customer Service skills. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Proficiency in a Nordic language is considered an asset.

  • Completed or in process of completing higher education

  • Proficient in using IT systems, including CRM and back-office tools, for customer support activities. Familiar with best practices in document management, including electronic signatures and overall compliance standards.

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the power market is an advantage but not a requirement as long as there is an interest to learn.
