About the position

About ATMP Norway

ATMP Norway is a national, cross-institutional infrastructure driving Norway's ambitions in advanced therapy medicinal
products (ATMPs), including cell, gene, and tissue-engineered therapies. Our
mission is to enable seamless translation from academic innovation to clinical

capacity, strengthening national competence, and building a coordinated
interface between research environments, hospitals, regulators, and industry.
ATMP Norway represents Norway's strategic investment in regenerative medicine
and precision therapies, and will serve as a central point of contact in the
Nordic region and Europe.

Position: Special Advisor
ATMP Norway seeks a highly motivated and strategically minded Special Advisor to support and coordinate the operations of this new national infrastructure. This role is pivotal. You will be the administrative backbone of ATMP Norway, ensuring execution, continuity, and quality across universities, pre-GMP and GMP nodes, clinical environments, and national partners. You will also act as a visible representative of ATMP Norway in Nordic and European collaborations, helping align the infrastructure with emerging standards, partnerships, and operational frameworks in the ATMP field.
