Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new sales revenue from prospective and existing customers within the assigned vertical and developing and maintaining strategic C-level relationships.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Lead new business revenue growth by identifying and qualifying opportunities and constructing winning sales strategies to close new business in the Digital and Records Management markets.
Collaborate with operations, pre-sales, partners, customer care, and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans for client-facing opportunities in line with digital strategies.
Ensure commercial management of price negotiations and adherence to a clear Sales Plan for all growth within the assigned market.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant solutions sales experience, demonstrating a proven business development track record in winning new accounts and penetrating/cross-selling to large portfolios of customers and prospects.
Strong knowledge of selling complex solutions into large organizations and the ability to develop solutions that map directly to customer requirements.
Proven ability in developing and maintaining C-level relationships and applying strong influencing, planning, and analytical skills.
Fluent written and oral skills in both English and Norwegian.
