We're expanding in the Nordics and are hiring a Business Development (BDR) Manager to build and lead our Business Development function across the Nordics. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, developing, and scaling a high-performing team that generates qualified pipeline for our sales organisation.

You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership and play a key part in shaping our go-to-market success in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-7 BDRs focusing on daily coaching, call feedback and skill progression.
  • Own BDR performance across activity, quality and pipeline creation & health metrics.
  • Recruit and onboard new BDRs as we scale the Nordics region.
  • Build and optimise outbound and inbound prospecting strategies tailored to the market.
  • Partner with Marketing to align messaging, ICP targeting and campaign execution.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to ensure efficient lead handoff and pipeline progression.
  • Analyse performance data to improve processes, conversion rates and team productivity.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Act as the local expert on market trends and competitive insights in the Nordics.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, including managing or leading SDR/BDR teams.
  • Proven success building or scaling a high-performing BDR team in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong coaching leadership style: your success is measured by the growth and performance of your team.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language and English.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Cognism, 6sense, etc.).
  • A data-driven mindset and ability to turn insights into action.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth environment where you can shape processes – this is not a corporate or executive-level role, but a hands-on frontline leadership position.
