Advanced Project Completion Engineer – Aktivitetsleder HAP 2026

Om rollen

Aktivitetsleder under høyaktivitetsperioden (HAP) med flotelloppkobling offshore blir en del av høyaktivitetslaget på land og lederlaget offshore. Rollen innebærer å sikre at planlagte aktiviteter gjennomføres sikkert, effektivt og i henhold til prioriteringer satt før prosjektstart.

Totalt skal arbeidstimer fordelt på SSP og vedlikehold gjennomføres i løpet av en 6-månedersperiode – mens anlegget er i full drift. Dette krever tett samarbeid mellom land og offshore, og en aktivitetsleder som evner å holde hodet kaldt når det koker.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Onshore (Stavanger):

  • Aktiv ressurs i planleggingsfasen for høyaktivitetsperioden
  • Sikre at aktivitetssettet er klart definert og godt forberedt
  • Bidra til at SIMOPS-vurderinger er gjennomført i forkant
  • Ansvar for at alle jobber er prioritert før oppstart
  • Samarbeide med HAP-leder for å forankre prioriteringer i organisasjonen

Offshore:

  • Delta i ledelsen under utførelse og oppfølging av aktiviteter iht. styringssystem (BMS) og beste praksis
  • Sikre at HAP-aktiviteter er godt forberedt og koordinert med øvrig drift
  • Håndtere endringer og være bindeledd mellom offshore og onshore
  • Bidra til SIMOPS-vurderinger, dokumentasjon og risikohåndtering
  • Delta i arbeidstillatelsesmøter og ledermøter, lede 72-timersmøter
  • Ansvarlig for HAP-rapportering
  • Delta i ukentlige koordineringsmøter og presentere jobber med koordineringsbehov
  • Bidra til kvalitetssikring, risikovurderinger og tilrettelegging for operasjonelle planer

Kompetanse og kvalifikasjoner

  • MSc eller BSc ingeniørutdanning (relevant erfaring kan kompensere for manglende formell utdanning)
  • Minimum 5 års erfaring fra operasjonell virksomhet, gjerne med tverrfaglig koordinering
  • God kjennskap til arbeidstillatelsessystemer og SIMOPS
  • Kjennskap til styringssystemer og arbeidsprosesser i energisektoren (BMS)
  • Behersker norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
