Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales & Marketing Manager
to lead and expand SANY's
Telehandler
business in the Norwegian market. This role will focus on developing local market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and enhancing the brand presence of SANY's telehandler products across Norway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Norwegian market to achieve business targets;
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels;
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key industry partners;
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and negotiation to contract closing and after-sales follow-up;
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to provide insights and recommendations to management;
  • Work closely with technical support and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review;
  • Represent SANY at local trade shows, client events, and marketing activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, construction machinery, or telehandler products;
  • Strong understanding of the construction and equipment market in Norway or the Nordic region;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills;
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Norwegian is preferred;
  • Highly motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently;
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Nordic region.
