Function
Onshore

  • Være en aktiv ressurs for høyaktivitetslaget i planleggingsfasen, og bidra til å sikre at aktivitetssettet for høyaktivitetsperioden er klart definert, godt forberedt og at SIMOPS vurderinger i størst mulig grad er gjort i forkant av flotellperioden.
  • Stillingen skal ha et særlig ansvar for å påse at alle jobber i aktivitetssettet er gitt en prioritering i forkant av høyaktivitetsperioden og sammen med HAP leder sørge for at denne prioriteringen er forankret i både onshore og offshoreorganisasjonen

Offshore

  • Være en del av ledelsen i utførelse og oppfølging av aktiviteter om bord under høyaktivitetsperioden iht. selskapets styringssystem (BMS) og beste praksis.
  • Sikre at HAP-aktiviteter er godt forberedt, prioritert og forenlig med øvrig drift.
  • Håndtere endringer i plan og være bindeledd mellom offshore og onshore.
  • Bidra til SIMOPS-vurderinger og sikre god dokumentasjon og risikohåndtering.
  • Deltakelse i arbeidstillatelsesmøter og ledermøter, lede 72 timersmøte
  • Ansvarlig for HAP rapportering.
  • Delta i ukentlig koordineringsmøte, og framlegge jobber med koordineringsbehov
  • Delta i kvalitetssikring, risikovurderinger og tilrettelegging for gjennomføring av operasjonelle planer

Requirements

  • MSc eller BSc ingeniør, erfaring kan veie opp for manglende formell utdanning.
  • Minimum 5 års erfaring fra operasjonell virksomhet, gjerne med tverrfaglig koordinering.
  • God kjennskap til arbeidstillatelsessystemer og SIMOPS.
  • Kjennskap til Selskapets styringssystem (BMS) og arbeidsprosesser.
  • Beherske norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig.
