Who we're looking for

We believe great analysts are made through curiosity, initiative, and technical depth. We value impact, curiosity, and grit, what matters most is your ability to deliver, raise the bar, and inspire others. We care as much about how you think as what you know, we value analysts who can combine technical rigor with business understanding to drive real-world impact.

You might be a great fit if you:

Have strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. You don't just report the numbers, you are curious and creative in exploring data to uncover meaningful and actionable insights.

Are excited about using AI to improve workflows, enable smarter ways of working, and open new opportunities for both yourself and others.

Are comfortable moving between analytics and engineering in a shared repo to building visualizations and communicating insights that drive product decisions.

Experience with SQL and Python and modern analytics tools (e.g., dbt, Databricks or similar).

1-5 years' experience in an analytical, data product role or similar, ideally in a tech or product-led company.

Love collaborating, experimenting, and sharing ideas in a team that learns together.

Care about building reliable, scalable data products that make insights easy to use.

Communicate clearly and turn complex data into stories that drive better decisions.

Are fluent in English, our everyday working language.

On the technical side, we believe great analysts combine curiosity with solid craftsmanship, knowing when to explore and when to engineer. We don't expect you to master everything on day one, but experience or curiosity in some of the following areas will help you thrive:

Data modelling and transformation: SQL, dbt, or similar frameworks for building reliable data models.

Business intelligence and visualization: Power BI, Looker, or equivalent tools for building clear and actionable dashboards.

Programming and automation: Python, R, or similar languages for analysis, scripting, and automation.

AI & advanced analytics: experience using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate insight and improve decisions.

Version control and collaboration: Experience with GitHub or similar tools is a nice-to-have, but not a requirement.

Data science and statistics: Basic experience or interest in data science or statistical modelling will be an advantage.

What you'll get from us

Real responsibility from day one, plus support and trust to grow with it.

A chance to contribute to how we build and use data across Vipps MobilePay.

Being a part of a close-knit, cross-Nordic data community where analysts and engineers work side by side, share knowledge and grow together.
