Head of Legal Compliance

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Legal & Compliance to lead and further develop Flokk's governance, risk management, and legal framework.

This is a senior role with significant impact and visibility, and a key contributor in preparing the company for future growth.

You will be part of the CFO's leadership team and work closely with Executive Management, commercial units, and the Board.

We review applications and conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and may fill the position before the application deadline – we therefore encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the Group's senior legal advisor, covering commercial and contract law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements.
• Provide guidance on competition/antitrust law, ensuring compliance in pricing, distribution, market behavior, and strategic collaborations.
• Lead and evolve the Group's Risk Management Framework
• Ensure legal compliance across major business decisions and trading strategies
• Drive the Deal Review Process for large commercial projects
• Manage and mitigate potential legal claims in cooperation with the CFO
• Oversee all corporate governance documentation and processes
• Lead compliance areas including sanctions screening and governance training
• Prepare and coordinate General Meetings and support Board formalities
• Contribute to M&A projects across legal, governance, and risk topics
• Manage IP, patent, and design infringement matters
• Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership on legal and compliance matters

Who You Are

• A legal professional with experience in contract law and competition law.
• Background from an international company or reputable law firm.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to work hands-on and operationally when needed.
• Strong communication skills and the credibility to advise senior leaders.
• Highly structured, proactive, and motivated by building strong legal and governance foundations.
