HCM Solutions Consultant

We're looking for an HCM Solutions Consultant with experience in absence management to join our Oslo team. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to implement the CatalystOne HCM platform, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, business-critical configurations that enable long-term success. Absence Management is one of the most important focus areas going forward, and CatalystOne will significantly develop its functionality to meet the overall needs of our customers.

What
You'll Do

• Partner with Customers:
  Be curious and gain insights to support, facilitate, and challenge customers, ensuring the best solutions for their unique needs and ambitions.
• Drive Absence & HR Master Data Projects:
  Lead or support implementations focused on absence management and core HR master data. Ensure solutions align with HR strategies, legal frameworks, and operational requirements.
• Take a Consultative Approach:
  Use your strong communication skills to serve as a trusted advisor. Lead meetings, guide customers through configuration and data migration, and facilitate training sessions that build competence and confidence.
• Inspire with Insights:
  Actively share trends, common practices, and other relevant knowledge to bring added value and inspiration to every customer dialogue.
• Consider the Big Picture:
  Understand how data, processes, reporting, and integrations connect — and ensure configurations support the entire HCM ecosystem.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction:
  Work to minimise time to value while maximising platform adoption and long-term benefit.
• Manage Projects Effectively:
  Take ownership of project timelines, scope, and budget. Document progress, decisions, and configurations using our structured project tools and methodologies.
• Stay Relevant:
  Contribute to the continuous improvement of our implementation methodology and materials, in close collaboration with our Centre of Excellence and Product Management teams.
• Communicate Product Requests:
  Channel customer feedback and product requests to the right teams to support ongoing platform development.
• Share Knowledge:
  Actively support a culture of knowledge sharing — with both colleagues and customers.

What we're looking for

• Experience implementing business-critical systems such as HCM, Payroll, Absence, or Time & Attendance.
• Background working as a Consultant or in similar customer-facing roles
• Proven ability to lead or contribute to projects involving absence management and/or HR master data.
• A structured and detail-oriented mindset.
• A consultative and collaborative working style, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to translate between business and technical contexts, with confidence in both "speaking HR" and "speaking IT".
• Comfortable running workshops, managing complex implementations, and working across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English —
  Norwegian is essential
  for working with our customers.
