About the Assignment

Et større nasjonalt moderniseringsprogram trenger en erfaren prosjektleder til et omfattende migreringsløp med totalt 83 prosjekter. Oppdraget innebærer å bygge om eller fase ut tekniske sites over hele Norge, med mål om å redusere kostnader og forbedre eiendomsverdier.
Du vil jobbe tett med flere prosjektledere, og samarbeid i teamet er avgjørende for å lykkes.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Planlegging og styring

  • Lede struktur, organisering og ukentlige standups

  • Utarbeide kalkyler, budsjetter og gjennomføringsplaner (Planner/Gantt)

  • Lage høynivå- og detaljplan per site

Anskaffelser og kontrakter

  • Forespørsel, innhenting og evaluering av tilbud

  • PO-bestillinger, anbefalinger og avtalevilkår

  • Håndtere forespørsler knyttet til sites

Utvikling og kvalitet

  • Sikre metodikk, standardisering og kontinuerlig forbedring

  • Kontrollskjemaer, maler, avvikshåndtering og mangelsutbedring

  • Håndtere eksterne overleveringsprotokoller

Gjennomføringsløp per site

  • Forespørsel → tilbud → PO/kontrakt → fremdrift

  • Forberedelser (strømløst m.m.)

  • Roll-in, sluttrapport og verifikasjon

  • Site-sanering og utbedringer

  • Endelig overleveringsprotokoll

Programnivå

  • Migrering av gjennomføringsplaner til Planner

  • Ukentlig oppfølging og vedlikehold

Krav til kompetanse

  • Dokumentert prosjekterfaring, gjerne med TN-prosjektmodellen

  • Gode MS365-ferdigheter

  • Fordel med kjennskap til infrastruktur og interne prosesser i større teknologimiljøer

  • Må kunne autoriseres på minimum sikkerhetsnivå B

  • Flytende norsk
