Vi søker en Manager Industrial Cooperation and Strategic Partnerships som vil være drivkraft i å utvikle og gjennomføre samarbeidsprosjekter med industrielle partnere, posisjonere Teleplan Globe i større internasjonale anskaffelser og bidra til å utvikle nye forretningsområder

Generelt

Personen skal ha dyp innsikt i strategiske partnerskap, industrielt samarbeid og/eller offset.

Gode sosiale og mellommenneskelige egenskaper er avgjørende, og danner grunnlaget for å etablere og vedlikeholde gode relasjoner til kravstillere, meningsbærere og beslutningstakere.

Han eller hun må fungere godt i samarbeid med kolleger, partnere og kunder og være en god lagspiller. Samtidig er rollen svært selvstendig, med lederansvar for tverrfaglige team i prosjekter med både kort og lang tidshorisont. I disse prosjektene er samarbeid med marked og salg, produkt og leveranse svært sentralt, og personen har en stor del av ansvaret for at dette samspillet fungerer godt.

Oppgaver, myndighet og ansvar

Stillingen inngår i avdelingen Marked&Salg, og har ansvar for strategiske partnerskap og industrisamarbeid.

Oppgaver:

  • Etablere, utvikle og følge opp strategiske partnerskap med industribedrifter nasjonalt og internasjonalt
  • Drive frem industrial cooperation- og offset-prosjekter i tråd med nasjonale og internasjonale krav
  • Lede eller delta i interne utviklingsprosjekter som styrker selskapets prosesser og konkurransekraft
  • Posisjonere Teleplan Globe for ekstern finansiering via EU, NATO og nasjonale støtteordninger
  • Identifisere og realisere nye kommersielle muligheter i samarbeid med partnere
Krav
  • Initiativrik, analytisk og løsningsorientert
  • Kommersiell tankegang og evne til å identifisere verdiskapende prosjekter
  • Relasjonsbygger med høy gjennomføringsevne
  • Komfortabel i et internasjonalt, dynamisk og tverrfaglig miljø
Kvalifikasjonskrav
  • Relevant høyere utdanning (Bachelor/Master), gjerne innen teknologi, økonomi eller ledelse
  • Erfaring med strategiske partnerskap, industrielt samarbeid og/eller offset
  • Prosjektledererfaring, gjerne fra komplekse teknologiprosjekter eller forsvarsindustri
  • Forståelse for verdiskaping i teknologidrevne selskaper
  • Domenekunnskap i et eller flere av de markeder som TPG opererer
  • Meget gode evner til å benytte støtteverktøy som Sharepoint, CRM, Microsoft Office
