Votre goût pour la vente active et votre envie de satisfaire pleinement notre clientèle lors de son expérience d'achat sont au centre de vos préoccupations. En tant que Responsable de rayon, vous coordonnez l'activité et suivez l'état des stocks afin d'identifier les besoins en approvisionnement.

Ce que vous accomplissez

  • Veiller à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de notre clientèle de l'ouverture à la fermeture du magasin
  • Développer les ventes grâce à votre esprit commerçant
  • Coordonner les opérations quotidiennes de gestion du magasin et optimiser la satisfaction clientèle
  • Développer les compétences des collaborateurs afin d'améliorer la performance de chacun et favoriser un climat de travail propice à leur épanouissement

Ce que vous apportez

  • Bildung: Apprentissage professionnel achevé (CFC) CFC du commerce de détail
  • Expérience professionnelle: Expérience professionnelle confirmée comme leader d'une équipe
  • Dynamique, vous savez développer votre sens commercial au travers de vos responsabilités et tâches
  • Organisé, autonome et à l'aise avec les outils informatiques
  • Manager confirmé ayant un sens de l'organisation ainsi que des qualités de leader permettant de conduire efficacement une petite équipe
  • Goût prononcé pour la vente active, dynamique et facilité relationnelle
  • Français (excellentes connaissances)
